Basic mode
One view of the actual landing page.
- The tag runs in the main document without an iframe or service URL.
- It sends the actual page path, a cleaned traffic source, and validated yclid, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, and utm_content.
- Arbitrary query parameters, fragments, page titles, clicks, outbound links, and form fields are not sent.
- The request provides Yandex with technical connection and browser data; Metrica may use its own identifiers.
- Restricted mode and IP masking are enabled in the counter. There are no third-party fonts or advertising pixels.
After a decision
The choice lasts 180 days.

Change it through Analytics settings in the footer; switching does not create a second page view.
Permanent limits
Forms and Session Replay are not recorded.
- Session Replay and recording of page or form-field content.
- Ecommerce, user parameters, and form goals.
- Arbitrary query parameters and fragments.
- Hidden iframes, transport documents, and virtual page URLs.
Change the choice
Withdrawal immediately restores basic mode.
Open Analytics settings in the footer and choose again. Opening the settings immediately disables expanded features, keeps the basic page view, and does not send a second view of the current page. Metrica identifiers can also be managed through the browser’s own settings.
