Separate consent
What the checkbox confirms.
By submitting the form with a separate selection, the user confirms they have reviewed the stated purpose, data categories, actions, and withdrawal route. It is not bundled with marketing, an offer, or another confirmation.
Purpose and data
Responding to a project enquiry.
- Name, reply address, optional URL, and message.
- Storage, organization, use for response, deletion, and protected technical submission record.
- Withdrawal: email wordpress@320px.ru with the request ID when available.
Site Audit review request
Consent covers only the shown preview.
- Purpose: answer a report question and, when relevant, discuss a separate project.
- Required data: name, email, message, consent version, and transport metadata.
- Report data is added only in the selected scope: summary, up to 20 findings, or the complete redacted report.
- Retention is up to 90 days; the private response link allows earlier deletion.
Boundary
Do not submit another person’s data or secrets.
The user must be entitled to send the message content. Attachments are not accepted; passwords, keys, dumps, and customer exports are prohibited.
